Ori On The Ave is an all-studio apartment homes located right in the heart of the University District. Their vision is to deliver the ultimate move-in ready experience for young tenants who enjoy convenience and community both equally. Inspired by the playfulness of its interior design and the college vibe, we worked on a design concept to deliver the message of a 'home away from home'.
