Onelin Capital Corporation, a Seattle based real estate development firm, went through an exponential growth phase from a single family office to a corporation. Onelin wanted to rebrand and reposition as the premier real estate investment firm in the Pacific Northwest. They were looking for a new brand image to be perceived as low-key, yet thought-provoking. The primary color red was selected to portray the symbolism of low-key but assertive elegance.
